Q: I am in the Phoenix area can I just pick up my order instead of shipping?
A: You sure can.  I have an arrangement with The Shad Co in Mesa for local pick up.  Simply select The Shad Co as the shipping method during checkout.  I will send you a notification that the order is ready for pick up once it is ready

Q: Where are these made?
A: Everything is made right here in the USA.

Q: Is the elevation accurate?
A: The elevation is consistent with the trail data but is not shown to scale. Think of it as a relative representation: high points are the highest, low points are the lowest, and mid-elevations fall appropriately in between.

Q: Why isn’t my favorite trail shown?
A: I rely on publicly available trail data, so it’s possible that your trail isn’t included in those sources. In other cases, design limitations may require certain trails to be omitted. For example, very short or stub trails can be fragile and prone to breaking, or a trail may be removed to reduce crowding and improve the visibility and durability of the surrounding trails.

Q: I notice layer lines — what gives?
A: These are 3D-printed products, and visible layer lines are a natural part of the printing process. I do my best to balance appearance and durability while keeping print times reasonable, since significantly reducing layer lines would greatly increase production time and cost.

Q: What about this other trail system?
A: I’m always working on new trail systems. If one of your favorites isn’t available yet, feel free to reach out and I’ll see what I can do.

Q: What are your shipping times?
A: Typically orders are shipped within 1 week depending on overall demand.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Q: Do you use AI?
A: No AI is used for any of the trail paths, I take pride in personally hand tracing them.
